Cane Toads (Bufo)
Cane Toads (Bufo)

Cane Toads (Bufo)

Toxic to pets and a growing threat across South Florida.

Cane toads — also known as Bufo toads — are an invasive species that have spread aggressively throughout South Florida. Their parotoid glands secrete a milky white toxin that is highly dangerous to dogs and cats. Even brief contact with the toad's skin or secretions can cause seizures and death in pets within minutes. They're most active at night and after rain. If you have pets, a cane toad problem is a serious emergency. Our technicians will locate, remove, and help you prevent their return.

Warning signs:

  • Toad sightings near water features, pools, or gardens
  • Pets pawing at their mouth or foaming after being outside
  • Large toads active at night or after rain
  • Toad eggs or tadpoles in standing water
Raccoons
Raccoons

Raccoons

Smart, stubborn, and surprisingly destructive.

Raccoons are one of the most common nuisance animals in South Florida. They're intelligent, adaptable, and persistent — once they find a food source or a cozy attic, they don't leave on their own. They can tear through roof vents, damage insulation, contaminate your attic with waste, and even threaten pets. Our technicians use humane trapping methods to safely remove raccoons from your property and help you prevent their return.

Warning signs:

  • Knocked-over trash cans
  • Scratching or thumping sounds in the attic
  • Damage to roof vents or soffits
  • Droppings near your home
Non-Venomous Snakes
Non-Venomous Snakes

Non-Venomous Snakes

Startling but not deadly — still best left to the pros.

Florida is home to dozens of non-venomous snake species. While they pose little direct danger to humans, finding one in your yard, garage, or home is alarming — and misidentifying a snake can be a fatal mistake. Our trained technicians safely identify and remove non-venomous snakes from your property with care and efficiency.

Warning signs:

  • Snake sightings in yard or home
  • Shed snake skins
  • Rodent activity (snakes follow prey)
  • Holes or gaps in foundation

Venomous Snakes

Florida's venomous species require expert handling. Don't risk it.

Florida is home to several venomous snake species including the Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, Timber Rattlesnake, Cottonmouth (Water Moccasin), Dusky Pygmy Rattlesnake, Eastern Coral Snake, and Southern Copperhead. A bite from any of these can be life-threatening. Never attempt to handle a venomous snake yourself. Our technicians are trained to safely capture and remove venomous snakes quickly — protecting you, your family, and your pets.

Warning signs:

  • Snake with triangular head or heat pits
  • Rattling sound or coiled defensive posture
  • Banded or brightly colored snake (possible coral)
  • Snake near water sources or dense brush
Lizards (Medium/Large)
Lizards (Medium/Large)

Lizards (Medium/Large)

An invasive species causing real damage across South Florida.

Green iguanas and other medium to large invasive lizards have exploded in population across South Florida and are now considered a serious problem. They dig burrows that undermine seawalls, sidewalks, and foundations. They devour landscaping, leave droppings everywhere, and can be aggressive when cornered. We provide effective trapping and removal to protect your property and landscaping.

Warning signs:

  • Burrows near seawalls or sidewalks
  • Chewed or missing plants and flowers
  • Droppings on patios and pool decks
  • Lizards basking on rooftops or fences
Opossums
Opossums

Opossums

Harmless-looking but a real nuisance when they move in.

Opossums are North America's only marsupial, and while they're not aggressive, they become a problem when they take up residence under your home, in your attic, or in your garage. They can carry fleas, ticks, and disease, and their presence can attract other wildlife. We'll trap and remove them safely so you can reclaim your space.

Warning signs:

  • Rustling sounds under decks or in attic
  • Foul odor near crawl spaces
  • Overturned trash or pet food gone missing
  • Sightings at night near your home
Armadillos
Armadillos

Armadillos

They'll destroy your lawn overnight.

Armadillos are relentless diggers. A single armadillo can tear up an entire lawn in just a few nights searching for grubs and insects. Their burrows can also damage the foundations of structures and create tripping hazards. They're surprisingly difficult to deter on your own. We'll trap and relocate them before the damage gets out of hand.

Warning signs:

  • Cone-shaped holes throughout the lawn
  • Uprooted plants or garden beds
  • Burrows near the foundation
  • Armadillo sightings at dusk or dawn
Tegus
Tegus

Tegus

Florida's fastest-spreading invasive lizard.

Argentine black and white tegus are large, powerful lizards that have established invasive populations across Florida. They can grow up to four feet long and are highly adaptable — thriving in suburban neighborhoods, farms, and natural areas alike. Tegus raid bird and gopher tortoise nests, damage gardens and crops, and can be aggressive when cornered. Florida Fish and Wildlife considers them a serious ecological threat. If you're seeing tegus on your property, don't wait — they reproduce quickly and populations grow fast. Our technicians are trained to trap and remove them safely and in compliance with Florida regulations.

Warning signs:

  • Large lizard sightings, especially black and white patterned
  • Disturbed ground or raided ground-level nests
  • Burrows or tunnels near structures or landscaping
  • Damaged garden beds or missing eggs from nesting birds
